研究目的是開發一種基於適體（Aptamer）的側流裝置（Lateral Flow Device），用於即時檢測烏頭鹼中毒。子目標包括選擇並鑑定針對烏頭鹼的 DNA 適體、將適體整合到ELISA和側流裝置競爭測定中及使用臨床尿液樣本測試側流裝置。
