研究目的是开发一种基于适体（Aptamer）的侧流装置（Lateral Flow Device），用于即时检测乌头硷中毒。子目标包括选择并鑑定针对乌头硷的 DNA 适体、将适体整合到ELISA和侧流装置竞争测定中及使用临床尿液样本测试侧流装置。
